Chicken Enchilladas

I don't know how many of you have had my mother's chicken enchilladas.....if you have you know how delicious they are. I have been craving them since I first returned to Korea for Canada. I purchased all the "expensive" supplies and invited a few friends over. I whipped up the enchilladas......no problem. Put them in the oven for 45 minutes....taught Diane a piano lesson in the mean time. Jennifer came and the three of us had a lovely meal. These are some of the pictures of our amazing time!
